introduction
Hello, World! Odd Radio Circles is an electronic music project from
Široki Brijeg (Bosnia & Herzegovina), active since 2020.
Exploring much the same sonic territory as Transmissions, from which
the project evolved, Odd Radio Circles blurs the lines between
electronica, ambient, minimalism and drone.
Building atmospheric instrumental tracks from a foundation
of steady beats supporting layers of synthesizers, field
recordings, guitars, and any other source of sound
available, the music of Odd Radio Circles is evocative and
abstract, rooted in nostalgia for the sounds and places of
the past while reconstructing them into something out of time.
